Former examiner Konstantina Bourboulia was recently ordered by a French court, is on board an "Air France" airliner expected to land at Eleftherios Venizelos airport in Athens, after being handed over to Greek police by the French authorities. Mrs Bourboulia was taken from the airport to the headquarters of the Athens Police on Alexandras Avenue, where she will be remanded in custody. She faces criminal and misdemeanor charges for abuse of power, legalisation of incomes through an illegal activity, participation in a group and passive corruption. It is not ruled out that the bill of indictment will broaden.
